This past Sunday we got out for our first run of the year. We tried out a new Go Pro Hero2 helmet mounted camera!! The weather was better than forcasted at 75 degrees and little to no wind. Its finally starting to feel like summer is around the corner. The boat is almost ready for the water. All the mechanical maintenance and de-winterization is finished. This spring we added a new light bar for those later evenings getting back to the launch. Super stoked about the lights because several times last year we we’re out late and getting back to the launch was interesting. It was certainly a good thing it was on Cobbossee Lake – which we frequent often. Also, had several seats re-covered at a local shop (Sabattus Auto Tops), and should have them back next week. Once the seats are in we’ll be ready to go.
Water temps will definitely still require a wetsuit for riding, but I’m itching to go. I need to try out my new liquid force Harley bindings I got during the winter. I’ll update with a video or photo or two after our first time out – so check back.
